State of Origin

The State of Origin is one of the biggest events on the Australian sporting calendar.

The event is a series of three rugby league matches between the Queensland Maroons and the New South Wales Blues, and the best players from the National League are selected to represent their state each year.

Women’s State of Origin

Australia’s greatest sporting rivalry is back and bigger than ever, with the 2024 Ampol Women’s State of Origin expanding to a three-game Series for the first time ever.

Game I kicks off on Thursday, 16 May, at Suncorp Stadium on the eve of Magic Round. It is followed by Game II on Thursday, 6 June, at McDonald Jones Stadium. Game III, the potential Series decider, will occur on Thursday, 27 June, at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
