The festival kicked off on Sunday, 7 May, with a warm comedy-drama BLACK SHEEP, about bonds that are impossible to break, told through the eyes of a young talented YouTuber.
Among the highlights of the 2023 program was the winner of eight international film festivals, SONATA, which tells the beautiful true story of a unique musician misdiagnosed as an autistic child and his incredible journey to achieve the impossible and POLANSKI. HOROWITZ. HOMETOWN, the winner of the Audience Choice Award at the recent Polish Film Festival in Perth.
All festival films are restricted to persons 18 and over. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films but to the legal requirements of holding the festival as set by the Classification Board.
Advance ticket purchases can be made online or at the Box Office. You can also buy tickets at the cinema before each screening, provided tickets have not been sold out.
