The MindBodySpirit Festival is Sydney’s biggest gathering for health, wellbeing, and holistic treatments. It takes place over several days at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.
The event is open to everyone who is interested in wellbeing, and is free of charge to enter. Explore over 200 stalls and exhibitors, but the highlights are in the educational and experiential aspect of the festival. Choose from dozens of seminars, tarot and card reading, several massages and pampering treatments, yoga, meditation, and much more. Guests are also welcome to shop for unique health products from all over Australia and different parts of the world. There will be jewellery, gifts, books, educational tools, clothing, crystals, music, and cosmetics among others. This is also a great chance to see first-hand many of the newest health products before they hit the shelves.
One of the most popular attractions at the event is the Psychic Reading Room. Bookings will be available online three weeks prior to the festival, so make sure to book a slot. All workshops and seminars will be free, but seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Indulge in delicious, wholesome and nutritional treats from a wide range of vendors selling health food of all kinds.
The MindBodySpirit Festival opening hours are from 10AM to 7PM. Tickets are valid for single use only on each day of the festival. Take note that some stalls only accept cash, so bring some in case you’d like to shop. There will be an ATM on site as well. Kids 14 and under don’t need a ticket, but should be accompanied by a paying adult.
The ICC Sydney is easily accessible from public transport: ferry, train, and light rail options are available. It’s also just a quick 10-minute walk from the Town Hall and Central train station. Parking stations are located within the Darling Harbour.
