Echo Point Park

Echo Point Park is one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets, a gem in its own right, thanks to its tranquil setting. If you are looking for a lush and quiet place that rewards you with panoramic views of the hills, look no further than this park.

One of Echo Point’s most amazing features is that it is the only park in Ku-ring-gai with beachfrontage, mangroves, heritage sites, and other features that make it a perfect family-friendly destination.

This amazing park’s location is a good enough reason for nature lovers to explore. On arrival, you will notice the park spread across three levels. The top level in the upper region of the park is a favourite for many because it has several grassy sections, complete with outdoor tables for a beautiful picnic, BBQ facilities and public washrooms. From this level, you get to enjoy stunning views of the waterways. This area can be hired as a venue and is quite popular with visitors who want that perfect photo.

The upper level leads to the other two sections, which are accessible by paths and a series of staircases. This may make accessibility difficult for those with limited mobility, so it is worth knowing beforehand.

The second level of the park is very child-friendly. It has a cute playground where little ones can enjoy a day in the outdoors. The boat-shaped playground is a hit with the kids, and there is ample seating for parents.

The last level of the park is ideal for functions as it has waterfrontage that makes for beautiful views. Additional features of this level include electric BBQs and ample shaded seating. The level’s proximity to the water means this is the best place to access the fun swimming spots. Take the path that leads from the picnic spot to the banks of the water.

Echo Point Park is easily accessible from Babbage Road in Roseville. Follow the signage to the parking spaces near the park’s top level.
