Stockland Balgowlah is a shopping centre located in Sydney’s North in Balgowlah – just 12 kilometres from the CBD.

This centre is on Condamine Street and first opened its doors to the public back in 2009.

Stockland stands out from other shopping centres in the area because it’s located at the historic Totem Centre. Totem, whose history goes as far as 1959, was named after its North American counterpart. The former centre had dozens of stores, a bowling alley and a large Woolworths. Totem was destroyed in 2007, giving way to a new centre now known as Stockland Balgowlah. It is important to note that locals still refer to the new centre as Totem.
