Each year, Taronga Zoo hosts the Twilight at Taronga festival, which is a summer concert series with an array of fantastic musical acts over 17 days.
Taronga Zoo is a world-class zoo located in the city of Sydney, right on the shores of the iconic Sydney Harbour.

Gates open at 6pm every night and the show finishes around 9:45pm. Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic as this event is best enjoyed on a picnic rug on the grass. You are permitted to bring low-level chairs, however, those with tall back or high chairs will be asked to move to the rear of the concert lawn.
You are permitted to bring your own food, however BYO alcohol is not permitted and non-alcoholic drinks must be in sealed containers. If you wish to purchase some food or drinks inside the venue, there will be plenty of stalls for you to browse.
The quickest way to get to Taronga Zoo is by public transport as it is located just 12 minutes from Circular Quay by ferry or a short bus/train trip from the city or North Sydney. Ferries depart Circular Quay every 30 minutes.
Facilities at Taronga Zoo include free Wi-fi, cafes, ATMs, first aid, lockers, parents room, picnic areas and stroller hire. Taronga Zoo is on a site of 28 hectares and is linked by pathways that can be quite steep in areas. But those with disabilities should note that more than 95% of Taronga’s animal displays are wheelchair viewable.
