The Sydney Blues and Roots Festival is the premier blues festival in New South Wales and his held on in December each year.
With plenty of well-known blues and roots artists as well as new up-and-comers, the Sydney Blues and Roots Festival is a must-see event for anyone who loves live music.
The festival is held on the banks of the Hawkesbury River in the township of Windsor and offers up a huge selection of live musical performances over the weekend. Performances are held at a number of venues throughout town including the Hawkesbury Hotel, Windsor Public School, Fitzroy Hotel and the George Street Loft. The Hawkesbury Paddlewheeler also offers cruises along the river where you can enjoy live music on board this amazing cruiser!
The festival also offers a huge range of food and drinks with a number of stalls setting up shop for the weekend.
